How To Apply:
Eligible candidates must email the scanned copies of the following documents to hrdg@nio.org before the last date. Applications received after the last date and without the below mandatory documents will be rejected.

All the files consisting of application to be made SINGLE PDF File in the following order and to be sent out to the mentioned email address. The total fille should be saved with the candidate name and to be sent out. Individual PDF files will not be thought about.
( I) Scanned copy of the properly filled-in application form, offered at the end of this advertisement. Followed by,

1. CV/Bio Data with recent color photograph
2. Educational Qualification Certificate as pointed out in the advertisement vital qualification/ Semester Mark sheet or Final Mark sheet is mandatory. In addition to this, Degree Award Certificate or Provisional Award Certificate. Percentage or CGPA should clearly shown on any among the certificate. If certificate does not have appropriate portion/ CGPA/ Grade then the application might not be considered. The candidate must guarantee to provide correct certificates to guarantee their eligibility for the stated positions.
3. Date of Birth Proof (Any valid certificate having DoB such as SSLC, HSC, DoB Certificate, etc).

Mode of Selection:
If variety of applications are more, then selection committee will fix a requirements to shortlist the candidates. Only shortlisted prospects will be called for the interview. will be done on the basis of online interview through either Skype/Google Meet/Zoom or any other appropriate software application, as decided by the skilled authority.
Applications received after the due date will be declined. The short-listed prospects will be notified through e-mail/website.
The interview date will be communicated to the shortlisted prospects through email.
Terms:
The engagement will be on simply short-lived and contractual basis for the duration pointed out in the advertisement. It is specifically for the above pointed out research work and the tenure shall be co-terminus with the task period or till the completion of period whichever is previously. The engagement under this job does not give any right/claim whatsoever either clearly or implicitly on the appointee for routine visits in CSIR-NIO/CSIR, versus any post or otherwise under any legal conditions precedent. It would for that reason, not provide any right/claim, implicit or explicit, on the part of the prospects for regularization/absorption versus any post in CSIR/NIO or under any other plan of CSIR.

HRA will be paid based on the rules.
Incase of prospects certified with NET/GATE qualification, they might be considered for greater emoluments as per the DST guidelines of job staffs, subject to the approval of task funds and approval of proficient authority.
Performance of the task personnel would be evaluated occasionally so that any one not found as much as the mark, might be ended with one month's notification or one month's stipend in lieu thereof.
The date for identifying the upper age limit, credentials and/or experience will be the closing date prescribed for submission of applications.
The duration of experience in a discipline/area of work, anywhere recommended, should remain in pertinent area of work/field suggested versus such position which shall be counted after the date of getting the minimum important academic certifications recommended for that position.
The students in the last term and outcomes awaited candidates are not eligible to use and their applications will not be thought about.
Stipend might be modified depending upon the funding company guidelines issued time to time.
